We accept returns on:

• Items that are unused and unopened in their original packaging.
• Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible and within 14 days from the receipt of the item. Please email hello@rockakitty.co.uk to initiate a return.

We will exchange clothing for an alternative size or colour providing the item is in like new condition. Items that have been worn, used or altered are not valid for exchange. (Trying the item on for fit is acceptable. Please try to keep the original packaging intact.)

Homeware may be exchanged providing the item is like new and still within it's original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, hair dyes and other health and beauty products cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Once your returned item is received we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that this may take up to 30 days.
